Carl arrived on time and was very professional. He found the problem with our furnace. Repaired our furnace. He then showed me the faulty parts and then he serviced our furnace. Later the same evening our outside temps dropped to -20 degrees with a -35 degree wind chill warning. Great Job!! Thank you Carl!
Great experience with these guys. Once Torey got here, he listened to what I needed, he told me what he could do, I agreed and he took care of it. Had wiring problems with my AC but now the house is ready for hot weather. I would definately call them again.
The plumbers are excellent, but the office staff are not. i filled out a financing contract with them the day of service and have been asked by phone and mail for an expiration date for a card I got through the company that does not have an expiration date. I called to straighten it out and explain that I signed the contract, but the woman I spoke with was so unhelpful that I got angry and hung up the phone. The situation almost made me ask for a refund of what I paid for the Ben Society membership.
I called Benjamin Franklin around 1:30 P.M. one afternoon (10/13/16). She stated they would be there sometime after 5 which was more than fine with me as I had been having issues for close to a month. Shawn called around 6:30 that evening and stated that he was still on a previous job but would call when he finished. He called around 8:40 and asked if I still wanted him come. I told him I did if he was willing too I was more than ok with it. It was late and he was more than helpful, kind and courteous. He also helped answer some questions that didn't pertain to the issue he was called for. Very good technician and company all around. I would highly recommend them.
Was told the entire house needed to have new pipes. Called for a 2nd opinion and problem was actually a $400 fix. On the plus side the plumber was very nice and friendly.
