I had an appointment set up for 7 p.m. I called about 6:25 p.m. and told them I could get in there earlier if they were running ahead of schedule. Was told that my tax preparer took a walk in and I would have to wait till 7 p.m. I showed up at 7 and waited for 30 mins . Never have I ever had to wait more that 5 mins anywhere to get my taxes done. That is the whole point of making an appointment. Very unprofessional.
