I recently filled my taxes with Tax Express in Scottsbluff. I filled my taxes on Tuesday and did the 2-3 day return which cost me a total of $280. I went to pick up my check on Friday and found that they had not even put my taxes through. I asked them why and they said "they forgot". Now this is understandable but when I asked to be refunded the $175 that it cost me to do the 3 day they said that they would only refund me $100 of the total cost and would try to get me a check in 2-3 days. Now my problem with this is that I paid for service that was not given to me and am having to wait a week for my return and still pay for it. When I tried to explain this to them I was hung up on. Then I called back and tried to ask to speak with someone else or get another number that I could call I was hung up on again. I ended up calling another Tax Express in SD that is not even affiliated with the one in Scottsbluff, NE and they were very helpful. I dont reccomend using their service to anyone.
