Get your crap together guys
They send bills out sometimes days before it is due, will sometimes charge hidden late fees for paying the day before it is due (happened twice, complained twice, and had it removed both time, but still..) they hardly ever answer their phone if you need to call and will turn your power off within a day of any late payments (happened last month)
I never leave reviews, but thought this was necessary. I have never paid a bill late the entire time I have had electricity through this company. I recently moved and provided them with my new mailing address. They sent my bill to my old address, and the day before the bill is due, I still have not received it. I called to see what was going on...the woman continually blamed me for not understanding their internal procedures that they never explained to me. She then said I would be charged the late fee even though I never received the bill, and said I should have known. I found her to be rude and condescending. Glad I won't have to deal with them anymore.
