My experience with the Gering UHaul is that they cannot guarantee you will be able to get the truck on time that you have ordered. One week to go before my move and I have not heard from them. My son is flying in from California to help me move to Florida. We are picking up another son in North Platte. It will be very costly for me having paid for flights back to their homes after the move and having made other arrangements that will have to be cancelled or changed. I am very angry and disappointed with how this company handles their clients.. It is not worth the worry and anguish I have gone through dealing with Gering Uhaul. All they will say is that "they are working on it".
